HAPPY MOTHERS DAY 2020!

Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers out there in the world! Also, shoutout to all the fur mothers to the fur babies out there just like me!

Today, I spent the day with the three women I love the most in this world. My mom, my aunt, and my grandma. My mom put up with my middle child antics my whole life and has always been there when I needed support. My aunt and my mom are twins, so she was always involved in my life. She and I were inseparable! I was her little mini-me and she was my best friend. I went everywhere with my aunt when I was younger. My grandma raised my dad and I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. I am super grateful for these special women in my life. <3

Now, I live about an hour away from them, so I drove to see them today and stopped at Walmart to pick up a card and flowers. Well, there are way more mothers in Melbourne than I realized because there weren't any more Mothers Day cards or flowers left! I was able to find one for my grandma and my aunt but there weren't any left for my mom. So, I had to go to the next aisle and pick a thank you card out and just wrote Happy Mothers Day in it. >.<

Since there weren't any flowers left I found these two balloons that I thought were pretty cute and gave those instead of flowers. I didn't want to spend too much time in the store so I could spend as much time with them as possible before heading back home. If I was any good at planning instead of being a pro procrastinator I would have bought gifts before the big day lol. There's always next year!

So instead, I did the best middle daughter thing a middle daughter could do. I put money in their cards. ;p

Does that make me lazy? I feel like that would be the best last-minute gift that didn't require them to put in work.

What did you guys get your mom's this mothers day? Even if it was just spending time with them there's nothing too big or small to show appreciation to the women who brought us into this world!
